Interesting. Why then is there no profile mismatch warning when bringing
Nikon Adobe RGB tagged images into Photoshop (where Adobe RGB (1998) is set
as the default RGB space)?
Photoshop is smart enough to look at the profile contents, not just
the name. It gives a profile mismatch warning between the old,
incorrect Photoshop 5 ColorMatch RGB and the correct Photoshop 5.5-on
one, for example, even though they have the same names.
