Eric,
The internal name is Nikon Adobe RGB 4.0.0.3000, and the filename is
NKAdobe.icm. I think Nikon labels the profiles with its initials because it
keeps the working-space profiles in a separate folder (under Program
Files/Common Files/Nikon/Profiles) along with its various conversion
profiles. NikonScan does not put them in the usual color folder under
Windows/System or System32/Spool/drivers. This probably simply makes it less
likely that anyone will delete them.
Bob Frost.

My guess is the internal name of the profile in question is actually Adobe

RGB (1998). ICC profiles are sneaky that way. They have both an internal

and external name, and often they are not the same. Steve Upton's
