Sure. One method is to open the file in MatLab and save as text. It can then be
opened in Excel or whatever.
An alternative is to save the file as raw, then open in a text editor and
convert from hex.
Remember that lab tiffs are normally uint8, so you need to offset and scale the
numbers encoded in the tif file to get back to the lab data.
