One of these profile analysis programs that I was involved with calculated
these volumes:
Newspaper press: 79,000 cubic delta E units
Matchprint proof: 343,000 cubic delta E units
sRGB: 835,000 cubic delta E units
Lab gamut: 2,381,000 cubic delta E units
Of course, your mileage may vary, and there are limitations as Robin pointed
out, but these might be useful points of reference nevertheless.
