Heidelberg's, PrintOpen , and ColorOpen suite have the same open policy.
Gretag is similar too I believe. As Ray states, these are good sound
practices for using the ICC structure in an open environment, yet logically
expecting participation on any massive distribution of profiles of created
using and exploited by a vendor to commercialise devices.
