Just got one myself (non UV) and it's awesome. I can build a profile using
the TC 9.88 target in just under 10 minutes. It's very fast and I really
like the multiple sampling pre patch (took 45 minutes to measure one patch
at a time with the Spectroscan). Takes up no desk space, is a true USB
device and it's quiet! I could even travel with it. A great piece of
hardware.
I've built a lot of profiles with it on paper that ProfileMaker Pro reports
has optical brighteners and I just let the software do the compensation and
the profiles have been great.
