Is this possible and does anybody know how to do it?
You could always use X-Rite excellent ToolCrib utility to acquire densities
from the x41. The problem then becomes how to input the dot values in Onyx?
I believe you could key those in manually, one by one, into the Media
Manager (this is from what I remember). But I never looked for the file
where the density readings are stored and whether there is an interface to
direct Onyx to read a density file in. And if you find the exact file
(should not be to difficult to find) to put the density in, you still have
to find the structure of that file. If it's a text file you OK but if the
file is binary, I don't think you'll want to go to the trouble.
Wish I could help you more. Have you contacted Onyx at all about this?
