There's a nicely unambiguous model already available, 'TIFF RGB Profile.ICC'. Here I think Apple is quite right, calling the file by its format is simple and straight.

This way nobody confuses 'TIFF' as file format and 'RGB' as color model with what 'TIFF RGB' actual is: An ICC format color space specification. Because 'TIFF RGB' is not called by its format and this causes endless confusion.
