Mark here again,
Just two small questions, if anyone could help?
1. If you make a coloured box in Photoshop or Quark in R.G.B and
then change to C.M.Y.K and take a reading you get different values
in Quark than the readings in Photoshop.
Which application gives the most realistic values?
2. When retouching an R.G.B image in Photoshop 6 you can view percentage
reading in C.M.Y.K by going to the MENU bar and selecting "PROOF SET-UP/
CUSTOM" then select your C.M.Y.K profile and INTENT which from R.G.B
should be "PERCEPTUAL"?
Then in the info box you get a C.M.Y.K readout.
Has anybody had any success with this procedure and do you get true
C.M.Y.K readings?
