If the "yellow" in question is printed to an inkjet that uses a yellow ink
that is lighter than the yellow in the file, then the inkjet output will show
speckling in that shade of yellow, irregardless. Unless you have a profile
that is mapped with a Saturation intent that is designed to fix this, by
mapping pure yellows directly to ink yellow; which will offer smooth
undithered yellow, but of an incorrect tone.
