I've got one here I'm testing. Certainly is capable of maintaining a clean
5000K calibration and profile. I find the higher temps and gamma lead to the
over saturated views that you stated. I've not had much time to test all the
possibilities though.

You could use a second card. The Crt will give you a double check. The blues
that you mentioned will view differently on the ACD. You can effectively
run the calibration at different levels ie; D50 and D65 , different gammas
without many problems. When you have a visual match it should dictate the
combination as the profiling options are so different between CRT/TFT.

No need to switch if you're using Photoshop 6.
What I find great on the ADC is the grey balance. Perfect score!
