The cure for Epson sill be HP!

None of this fringing exists in the original files. Nozzle checks on the

printer are perfect.
There are two things independent. One is nozzle check for plugged nozzles.
the other is alignment. The 1200 driver has a bug where you do the alignment
then set the numbers. Don't hit the realign button as you reset rather than
realign.

If the problem after realignment is still present, you probably have a
firmware and or printer problem. Neither one is repairable. Oh you could try
different dithering modes as maybe this is creating a color ghost. If you
want to reset the printer, turn off, unplug the wall cord, leave sit for a
few minutes, plug in again, turn on while holding the power button (and the
paper feed??) in for 30 seconds or more.
