As a "normal" user - and not one of the more expert
fellows in the group, I would have to vote for
Adobe RGB for a general high quality graphics group.
I for quite some time (2 years) I had our workgroup
set up on DonRGB4. I found that the others always had
a bit of difficultity with it - mostly because they didn't
care much for learning how color management worked.
They just wanted something where decisions were kept to
a minimum.
I personally really like DonRGB4, But have now become
very familiar with AdobeRGB.
ALSO - more and more people are moving to that space
which makes for nice transfer of files for us
prepress guys.

Isn't Colormatch a "monitor" space -
and not a "working" space, per se.
