PS 6 COLOR SET UP

I would like some input as to what the most optimum color settings in PS6.
Or I should say what are others using to get the job done.

This is what we use:
Working spaces:
RGB: Adobe RGB(1998)
CMYK: (using our custom Matchprint Profile)
Gray: Gray Gamma 1.8
Spot: Dot Gain 20%

Color Management Policies: Preserve Embeded Profiles
(on all cmyk,rgb,& grey)

Conversion Options: Adobe(ACE)
Intent: Relative Colorimetric (using Black Point Comp.)
(using Dither 8-bit/channel images)

We are trying to implement a standard setting through out the shop, however
we are coming up with mixed reviews as to what is the correct way to go
about it. These are sttings that I came up with after reading and listening
to some of the Pros. If anyone has any feed back I would appreciate the
help. I basically have questions on the best CMM and the usage of the proper
intent in a RGB to CMYK conversion for print reproduction.
Thanks in advance!

Steve L.
