Epson warns you not to attempt to print B&W images with this device. The
profiles tend to be nonneutral to begin with because of the light color of
the scanner or spectro, and even if you edit this factor out, the resulting
profile will only be corrected for one color of room lighting; change the
light source, and the balance is no longer what you expect.
