Happy New Year to all of you!
I'm looking for some answers about Linocolor.
What kind of rendering intent does Linocolor use when I select input
profile in calibration menu? Is it possible to change it (for ex. leave
only one table in profile)? It looks like LC uses Perceptual rendering.
At least I got similar result after converting RGB calibration scan with
perceptual rendering in another program. I created scanner profile in
Profile Maker 3.1.5 after using it in LC I got average dE > 5-8, worst
dE > 15-18. Converting the same RGB calibration scan using Absolute
Rendering intent I got average dE < 2, worst < 5. I like Absolute
rendering more than Perceptual at least from RGB to LAB. Am I wrong?
