Well the first thing you need to do is determine if the video card allows
their color look-up-tables to be adjusted. We take this for granted on the
Mac but Windoze machines are not as hip to the color management thang.

Other test apps from monitor profiling vendors are available too.
If the VCLUTs can't be adjusted you CAN still create an ICM compliant
profile the monitor.
You didn't mention if you have a serial or USB DTP92 device. If you have USB
connectivity then your out of luck with Win NT. NT also require nasty
registry edits to load ICM monitor profiles. Win 2K, XP allow you load the
monitor profile at display control panel much like a Mac.
You can check if the monitor profile is being recognized by Photoshop by
looking in your RGB Color Settings pull down menu at the top in Photshop v6.
