Ken,
I don't know how to say this and not sound like a jerk, but here
goes...ummm, this is a colorsync list. Your question interests some of the
people that subscribe to this list, but not all of them ;-). I suggest you

With that said, you should not be using firewire for a couple reasons (it
slows the pc down and it's flaky.) What you should do is install an SEH
10/100 interface card into the Epson 10000 and print over ethernet via IP
from the PC. Personally, I put another 10/100 card into the PC and turn on
routing in win2000 to create a mini-network which keeps the printing traffic
off the 'network'.

Also, you should be beating on your dealer as they're the ones who should be
solving this for you!!!
