Juanje,
Jim's suggestions should help you and if you want to compare for yourself,
you could simply create a Lab document, in Photoshop, with steps of L=5,
a=0, b=0 and set your CMYK Working Space to Euroscale Coated v2 and watch
the Info for all steps : does it match your targets? Also, be careful wich
Conversion options you use in Color Settings, perceptual or relcol or abscol
all will yied different values in the readout.
