What other information can I send you that would help you help me?
First find out if its your monitor or your printer that is off. You don't say
what brand of printer profiling software you are using, but if it was
ProfilerPLUS that you got along with the Spyder, then open the PDI Target.jpg
image that was installed with it in Photoshop, leaving it in AdobeRGB. Do all
the memory colors, fleshtones, and shadow areas look right? If so, then we
can assume your monitor calibration and profiling is reasonable. Then print
this image, converting to your printer profile (start with the matte, since
its easier) and see if the image prints properly. This image has not been
adjusted on your monitor, so it it prints poorly, its the printer profile.
Then you can focus on your printer profiling software and workflow.
