You haven't answered the issue though, about how one can use the
often essential side effects (like ink limiting) of processing
the pixels through the profiles.
I'm pretty familiar with the ICC spec., and I don't recall
any section specifying how ICC profiles are to be linked. Care
to quote the section number ?
