RGB colors to CMYK in their software. Some even honor the profile attached
to the RGB color or image in that process. I guess it all depends on your
RIP.
What I meant was when dealing with Quark's CMS. But since most print
vendors have a fit if they receive RGB files, I would still recommend
handing off CMYK files as general advice. Of course there are
exceptions.
