Dear list,

Wondered if someone could confirm that they are possibly getting similar
readings when measuring a Gretag ColorChecker using an X-Rite Digital
Swatchbook through ColorShop set to D50.

Measurements done in CIE xyY

Measuring Dark Skin for example I get 0.43 0.38 10.4 instead of 0.40
0.35 10.1. Other colours are similarly out. Is this the norm? I understand
that it would be good luck to get them absolutely bob-on but is this degree
of accuracy acceptable?
I believe there is a calibration tile available for checking the Spectro,
does any one use ColorShop for measuring or is there anything better out
there?
