No I wasn't, Chris Murphy was suggesting it was part of the ICC
standard, and this surprised me.

Fair enough, although someone else expressed an opinion to me
that this was an appropriate forum, and encouraged me to raise
such issues here. (and there is no public forum for discussing
the ICC specification).
