Hi David,
this sounds like to much ink on the paper. Is it possible, that you
can't reduce the total inkamount inside the software?

Betreff: Custom profiling Epson 10K CF with WyziWYG Deluxe
Yesterday I went to a local colleague to start using his Epson 10K CF.
No RIP in use. Just printed out of PS7 for the two prints I did, as
tests. Printing from Mac OS 9.2.2.
Then, using WyziWYG Deluxe to create a custom ICC colorsync profile
with
his particular pigmented ink and Epson paper, I let the program print
directly to his 10K. That was yesterday. I wanted to wait at least
24 hours before continuing with the scanning of the target plus the
IT8.
Today, looking at the printed out target, the pigmented inks are not
smooth. Some seem clumped up and not smooth. Worthless for
profiling.
Suggestions? Comments?
