Have you read the article "Color Accurate Photography of Artworks" on
the www.betterlight.com or the www.rmimaging.com websites? This will
show you how to solve the problem. In addition, I've also used the same
technique on a Canon G2 one-shot camera. So the solution is applicable
to many devices. You can only solve the problem at the capture end,
profiling will not fix it.
