The included Colorsync AppleScripts don't support the EPS file format,
you'd have to write an AppleScript capable of parsing PostScript to do
this. So it's the script, not the file.

If it's checked and you're doing this in Photoshop 5, 6 or 7 then it's in
there. Just make sure you aren't using "PostScript Color Management"
unless you like really bad results.
