One thing you may want ot consider if you already own (or a friend does) a Sequel device is
that the software for the Blue Eye is avaible for download from Lacie's for evaluation.

If you use it with the special video cable that has an integral USB cable the software allows
you bypass all of the monitor front panel push buttons and tweak those items through the
software.
