Mainly, I've never seen a Fuji that came anywhere close to being
gray-balanced (i.e., R=G=B gets neutral gray), so you miss one of the
biggest advantages of RGB editing, which is, fix the neutrals and the
rest will follow.
A better approach would be to get the photog to load the Fuji profile
in Proof Setup, and look at the Fuji simulation while editing in
Adobe RGB. (My $0.02)
