If I really understood your post, I need to say that you must to caracterize
and calibrate the "differente people" monitors with the monitor
software/hardware bundle to match with your client monitors.
The best packges that I have know are:
ColorVision Optical - Spyder / Spectrocam / DTP 92
ColorBlind Prove IT - Sequel Chroma meter / Spectrocam / DTP 92
Gretagmacbeth Eye one proof - Eye one meter.
For sure is my experience/taste, everyone could desagree about this.
