SpectraShop can do the calculations if you put the spectral measurements into a text
file. It will also compare the colors spectrally. ColorShop can also calculate delta-Es.
You can also use the following formula in Excel.
The formula for CIE 1976 Delta-E(a*b*) is
DeltaE = sqrt((L2-L1)^2 + (a2-a1)^2 + (b2-b1)^2)
where ^ means exponentiation (i.e. ^2 means to square the quantity)
