No. These are colour inks, albeit small gamut ones,
which enable you to make a VERY neutral colour profile,
without any colour crossovers in a grayscale stepwedge.

You are using 4 inks. (a K, a C, an M, and a Y)

Yes. You need a colour profile because they are colour
inks (even though you are printing B/W)

Print out your colour target, which will appear much
less saturated than with a full gamut colour inkset,
measure it and build your profile. You will be
pleasantly surprised.
