Unfortunately, these SCID don't exist in any other form than CMYK. They
don't even come with embedded profiles.
They are just a series of 'torture' images to test presses conditions.
Fortunateley, there is a CIE Technical Committee (TC-8 ?) working on
developping SCIDs purposely made to test color management systems and these
come in RGB form and have embedded profiles. But they are not released yet,
AFAIK. You can find more info on the CIE site.
