Anybody has an ideia how to make this black more neutral?

Thanks for all
You're never going to get a complete neutral using all 7 inks on an Epson
7600, but you should be able get quite a good one. Make sure you are
generating you profiles to 100% Black, 400 TAC with an early black start. An
alternative is to make the Greyscales print using only black ink. This would
get you the best neutral prints, but I'm not sure (not tested enough)
whether the rest of the colour management still works - blends that end up
as a grey.
To set the RIP to print only using the Black and Light Black inks, Goto Job
Settings of the queue you want to change. Click on the Settings Tab next to
the CMM dataset. Next to the Paper menu click Advanced. Select the Color
Settings Tab. Click on the Solid Black Check Box, and set the level to 1%.
If you know your way around the RIP, its in the same window as where you set
the Total Ink.
You may need version 4.6.3 to do this as this is the only version we've got.
Unfortunately the upgrade from 4.6.1 to 4.6.3 has been removed from the BEST
website due to some major bugs. Installing a full version 4.6.3 works fine.
Hope this helps
