All OptiCAL or PreCAL is using these designations for is the relative balance
of the RG&B guns to define a flavor of white. For this use D65 and 6500K are
not significantly different, and as long as the profile records the
whitepoint accurately, then savvy applications like Photoshop will compensate
for the whitepoint in proofing views anyhow.
