Hi All,
I am evaluating an EyeOnePro on loan to me from my reseller. I have made a
custom target (control strip) in Photoshop (EPS file) that I have read into
Profile Maker Pro 4.0's Measure Tool on Spot mode. Once this custom target
was read in spot mode I saved into the Reference Files/Others folder where
it is now available from the pull-down menu in measure tool. Here's where I
run into trouble:
I am unable to measure with the strip mode (Eye One targets as well as my
custom target). I keep getting the error "too many errors read strip<1>
again". Not sure what I may be doing wrong. Any advice / suggestions would
be greatly appreciated - can e-mail me off-list.
- Windows 98 laptop with Profile Maker Pro installed
- Can read just fine in spot mode.
- In strip mode: begin on white and wait for beep before moving across
target with scanning ruler.
- Another beep sounds or sometimes none at all while moving across
target.
- Always get the error "too many errors read strip again".
I tried removing the dongle, restarting my machine and replacing dongle
before opening PMP but still no luck.
-Kris Kelly
