Also having same problem with PM4.1/Jaguar10.21(10.15 worked fine),
vcgt -tag is not working. You can live with it by starting
MeasureTool/MonitorCal (it loads the last cal-curve to video-card)
after every startup. Inconvenient, but it works. Still no answer from
tech-support.

Examining the profile created by the i1 with the profile utility, it
seems that the vcgt tag is not correct. The RGB curves all lie on top
of
each other, which is impossible. To deal with this, I have resorted to
creating my profile in 9.2 ,moving it from the systems folder and
putting it into the Library. Then it is available for selection under
the display pref.
I know that this is not a fix but it may help
