It actually uses the ICC monitor profile as the RGB source space for untagged
images? (yikes!) It seems to me that a generic RGB profile would have been a
much better choice, there are a million reasons that the monitor profile is a
bad choice. Say what you want about Microsoft, assuming sRGB is a hell of a
lot better.
In OS9 I didn't worry much about the Colorsync settings, only the monitor
profile. Is Jaguar the same way, if you are working in Photoshop that the
Colorsync settings are largely irrelevant unless you use a Colorsync workflow
within Photosohop? I hate to ask stupid questions, just wondering if anything
has changes that is undocumented.
