I've had good results using Somerset Velvet PE on an HP5000UV. 60"
printer, except for an instance or two when the total ink for some
saturated, deep colors tends to make the paper swell a bit just after
the print heads have passed, causing the pattern of ink droplets being
deposited in the next passes to form a slightly different pattern - as
the paper surface is now a bit closer to the nozzle apertures - leading
to parallel bands of slightly lower density & a grainier appearance.
Only happens when there's large areas of these tones that have
absolutely no texture or tonal variation to them.
