Is there any RIP on the market that can simulate, dot
for dot, an analog MatchPrint on an inkjet.
My understanding is that inkjets have a lower rez than
analog proofs and can not produce the same exact
halftone dot. Also, as I nedersatnd, I need halftone
dots to check for trapping, overprint, moire, etc.
Also, does anybody have any exprience with Highwater
ProofReady5.5 RIP?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
