RIP info needed

  • Subject: RIP info needed

Hello all,

I hardly see the IProof PowerRip 2000in the discussion, only Best and
Colorbyte. The Iproof is not so expensive, but is it worth looking at at
all? The Rip needs to be used not for simulating other devices, but simply
for getting maximum output from an Epson Pro 7500 with third party ink and
third party papers.

Has anybody tried the IProof?
Smooth transitions are most important, so maybe Colorbyte is the way to go?

Thanks for any information,

Regards,
