Has anyone noticed a visual difference between PS5.0 and PS7.0???

I have opened up the same file in both versions of Photoshop and compared
them on screen. I have set the Color Settings in PS7.0 to the same settings
as
PS5.0 and even tried various other color settings to try to emulate the same
visual preview that I get in PS5.0 - reason being PS5.0 is better for
viewing color.
I also noticed that when changing the Image Mode from CMYK to RGB in PS7.0
before applying
or converting to a different CMYK Table there is a big color shift, which
never
happened in PS5.0 .

PS 5.0 - Color Settings

RGB Setup:

RGB : sRGB
Gamma: 2.20
White Point: 6500 K (D65)
Primaries: HDTV (CCIR 709)
Display Using Monitor Compensation - checked

CMYK Model: ICC

ICC Options
Profile: Offset Euro pos U360 K85
Engine: Heidelberg CMM
Intent: Perceptual (Images)
Black Point Compensation - checked

PS 7.0 - Color Settings

Setting: Custom
Advance Mode - checked

Working Spaces:
RGB: sRGBIEC61966-2.1
CMYK: Offset Euro pos U360 K85
Gray: Gray General
Spot: Dot Gain 20%

Color Management Policies - all OFF!!

Conversion Options
Engine: Heidelberg CMM
Intent: Perceptual
Use Black Point Compensation - checked
Use Dither - checked
Advanced Controls - unchecked

HELP!!

Rusty.
