The one version I have, v2.4.1, does not support it.
Oh -- don't trash the old version. The current one (2.8) has a nasty
bug in exporting Lab TIFFs from measurement files -- it swops the
sign and inverts the values of a* and b* so that, for example, -120
becomes 8...
