You are likely seeing the LUT in the profile updating which is a bit
different than how ICC savvy applications deal with the display profile and
the embedded profile in a file. But anyway, when you do this (load a
different profile) do you see the problems in the image (either IN Photoshop
or Picture Viewer)? If not, then the root of the problem seems to be the
display profile you made.
