Keeping Profiles Set Across All Users on a Workstation

Is there a way I can keep profiles set across all users on a workstation?
I'm referring specifically to the RGB Default profile in ColorSync and the
Display profile. I'd like to set them and have them set for all users on
that same workstation.

Thoughts? Suggestions?
