You can use the root/library/colorsync/profiles/ directory of OS X to do
this so everyone has access to the profiles. I am pretty sure the display
profile is specifically linked to each user. Sorry. Each user can have their
display calibrated to different target values if desired.
Don't worry about the RGB default unless you are using *ColorSync workflow*
color setting in an Adobe product.
