I9m teaching a class this week and wanted my students to see various CMS
packages. Today we went to test Color Visions Profiler Pro with use with the
EyeOne. I have version 2.3 which appears to be the latest version. First
problem is when I go into the Automate plug-in and ask for the EyeOne target
to be opened, I get an error that the file can9t be found (in Library,
Preferences, Horses). The files ARE in the folder! The software has no
issues opening targets for the DTP-41 or Spectroscan.
So I 3manually2 open the targets for the Eyeone and print them out. Now I
load the txt. reference file supplied into MeasureTool to use the EyeOne.
Can9t get the first (or any) row to measure. On screen, it appears as if
there9s a pretty big mismatch between the number of patches in the target
and what is being read. I9m assuming there9s either a bug or the target I
manually opened doesn9t match the reference file or something. Embarrassing
(more to Color Vision than I) to say the least.
Anyone found Profiler Pro 2.3 works with an EyeOne under OS 10.2.5?
Andrew Rodney
