Well,
You need to found the correspondent CMYK combination on your software and see
on each book, on more than 20 materials, including bopp film and 4 process,
how this color will be printed.

On the CD, that you receive with the book, you have the same charts
printed on the book on your monitor.
So are these are tagged CMYK image (pixel) files, or illustration (vector)
files?
Using any software you can get the L*A*B combination and compare with the
CMYK printed on the book.
Well, ANY software would be ovely optimistic, as most vector software,
including Illustrator, is pretty clueless about Lab values, as are many
imaging applications; but its good to hear that Lab-savvy applications like
Photoshop should be able to extract Lab values from the CMYK patches, though
it can be a long process when they are gridded by CMYK, and the only way to
access Lab is by search and rescue. So if I have a color specified by its
universal Lab value, what tools does your package offer to assist me in
finding its CMYK equivalent(s) in your process book?
