I am testing out an Eye-One Match system on Mac OS 10.2 and have a question for those more experienced with the product. I'm not sure if I have a faulty unit, or if I am doing something wrong:
When reading a sample print of the color patches, I cannot get the device to read beyond row #1. When I press the button in the blank area at the beginning of row #1, it beeps before I start, and then after reading the row, it beeps once when I let go of the button. Then it prompts me to read row#2, but it never beeps after that...and never gives me any prompts to move to the next row. Nor does it give a three-beep error at any time. I am following the same procedure it gives in the step-by-step instruction screens as I did for the first row. This behavior is the same whether I am measuring for a scanner profile or a printer profile.
Bug? Pilot error? I would appreciate any hints or clues to set me straight.
Thanks in advance!
