I think you have possibly more than one issue going on here. Hard to be
exact from here but I suspect, though the HCT target is proven in the
scanner world it does lack many of the colors which are important to digital
capture.
Now compound this with improper target setup and implementation at the
profile generation level and you may be creating the error condition.
I would be happy to discuss this further with you offline.
As I recall you are using a Betterlight? Which model? K, K2? Super or not?
There is a difference and the differences can be exaggerated based on the
Color temp of the lighting you are attempting to profile with.
Sounds simple? It can be complicated. If it helps I can assist you directly
or point you to a successful enduser to assist you.
